1. About the Store
The Aruba Airstream Experience online store is operated by Costas Del Mar Properties & Services N.V., registered at the Aruba Chamber of Commerce (KvK) No. 44267.0, Aruba, Dutch Caribbean, doing business as Aruba Airstream Experience. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products Offered
The store offers two categories of products:
2.1 Physical Products

- Branded merchandise
- Locally made products sourced from approved Aruban third-party vendors
2.2 Digital Products

- Photography and digital image downloads
3. Payment
All purchases are processed in United States Dollars (USD) via CX Pay Global. The Buyer is responsible for any foreign exchange or bank fees. By entering payment details, the Buyer warrants they are the authorized cardholder or account holder.
4. Physical Products — Terms
4.1 Product Descriptions
All physical products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration. For locally made products, minor variations are inherent to handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.
4.2 Locally Made Third-Party Products
Some physical products are sourced from approved local Aruban vendors. Costas Del Mar Properties & Services N.V. curates and approves all third-party vendors but does not manufacture these items directly. In the case of a defective or damaged locally made product, Costas Del Mar Properties & Services N.V. will mediate on the Buyer’s behalf, and the vendor is responsible for resolution. The Host will facilitate communication and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
4.3 Returns & Exchanges — Physical Products
Costas Del Mar Properties & Services N.V. handles all returns directly. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact info@arubaairstream.com within 7 days of receiving the item, including proof of purchase and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via CX Pay Global.
4.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, the Buyer must notify the Host within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. The Host will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to the Buyer.
5. Digital Products — Terms
5.1 Instant Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment. Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring their email address is correct at the time of purchase.
5.2 No Refunds on Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. No refunds are offered once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been issued, regardless of whether the file has been downloaded. By completing a digital purchase, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.
5.3 Copyright & Intellectual Property
All digital products sold through the Aruba Airstream Experience store are the exclusive intellectual property of Costas Del Mar Properties & Services N.V. and are protected under applicable copyright law. Upon purchase, the Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the digital product for their own personal or internal business purposes only.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any digital product in whole or in part
- Sharing download links with third parties
- Reproducing or publishing digital content publicly without written consent from the Host
- Using digital products for commercial purposes beyond the scope of the granted license
- Claiming ownership or authorship of any digital product
Violation of these copyright terms may result in legal action by Costas Del Mar Properties & Services N.V. under applicable Aruban and international copyright law.
5.4 One-Time Purchase
All digital products are sold as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges associated with digital product sales unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
5.5 Technical Issues
If a Buyer experiences a technical issue accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, they must contact info@arubaairstream.com within 7 days of purchase. The Host will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues. Technical difficulties do not entitle the Buyer to a refund but may result in a reissued download link.
6. Secure Payment via CX Pay Global
All store transactions are processed by CX Pay Global in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. The Host does not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Data is encrypted via SSL/TLS during transmission.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
The Buyer agrees to contact the Host directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. The Host reserves the right to submit full purchase documentation to CX Pay Global and/or the issuing bank in the event of a dispute. For digital products, confirmed delivery of a download link constitutes fulfillment of the order.
8. Privacy & Data
Costas Del Mar Properties & Services N.V. collects personal and payment data solely for order processing and communication. Payment data is handled by CX Pay Global. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Aruba, Kingdom of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Aruba.
10. Amendments
Costas Del Mar Properties & Services N.V. reserves the right to amend these Store Terms at any time. Purchases made prior to an amendment remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
