Because our eco-stay is small and availability is limited, the following cancellation terms apply.
60+ Days Before Check-In
Full refund of the reservation.
30–60 Days Before Check-In
50% refund of the accommodation cost.
Accommodation taxes and government fees will be fully refunded.
Within 30 Days of Check-In
Reservations are non-refundable.
However, accommodation taxes and government fees will be refunded if the stay does not occur.
Due to Aruba’s popularity and limited flight capacity within 30 days of travel, last-minute cancellations are often difficult to refill with international travellers. If we can rebook the cancelled dates, we will refund the amount recovered from the new booking (minus any associated fees) as a courtesy.
We recommend confirming flights before booking, as travel availability to Aruba can become limited closer to travel dates.
Because travel plans can change unexpectedly, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance.
No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
